In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.6% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Geron (GERN), up about 9.8% and shares of Puma Biotechnology (PBYI), up about 7.2% on the day.
